Electric pot furnaces for salt bath heat treating, lead or aluminum melting, and stress relieving. Temperature ranges to 1500°F. Available in 10 standard sizes. Controls are mounted in a separate NEMA 1 panel operating on 115 volts. All models completely wired, assembled, test fired and shipped ready for connection to main power supply.
Standard Features
Constructed of angle iron and heavy gauge sheet steel with the top plate for pot support.
Multi-layer insulation comprised of lightweight fire-brick and mineral wool block for low skin temperature.
Easy-to-replace low-watt density heating elements mounted on all side walls provide uniform heat.
Separate thermocouples for control of chamber temperature and pot medium.
A removable door covers the pot to minimize heat loss while the chamber idles.
Lid doors on 6” and 8” diameter pots. Roller-type doors on larger models.
Cast iron or pressed steel pot with flange.
Digital time proportioning temperature controller.
