Electric pot furnaces for salt bath heat treating, lead or aluminum melting, and stress relieving. Temperature ranges to 1500°F. Available in 10 standard sizes. Controls are mounted in a separate NEMA 1 panel operating on 115 volts. All models completely wired, assembled, test fired and shipped ready for connection to main power supply.

• Constructed of angle iron and heavy gauge sheet steel with top plate for pot support.
• Multi-layer insulation comprised of lightweight fire-brick and mineral wool block for low skin temperature.
• Easy-to-replace low watt density heating elements mounted on all side walls providing uniform heat.
• Separate thermocouples for control of chamber temperature and pot medium.
• Removable door covers the pot to minimize heat loss while chamber idles.
• Lid doors on 6” and 8” diameter pots. Roller-type doors on larger models.
• Cast iron or pressed steel pot with flange.
• Digital time proportioning temperature controller.
