Series Blue Devil 7000 AM - Atmosphere Gas Fired Box Furnaces

|
Gas fired box furnaces equipped with an alloy muffle for operation with a positive flow of protective atmosphere to 2000°F. The muffle separates the atmosphere and workload from the heating elements and chamber refractory to minimizes scale and oxidation on most tool steels. This design achieves lower dewpoints, reduces atmosphere consumption and shortens purge time.
Ruggedly constructed, providing fast heat up rates, and designed for easy operation with maximum safety. Manufactured to NFPA guidelines with failsafe features including pre-ignition air purge, supervised pilot, door shut off switch, and automatic furnace shut down for protection against loss of gas, electricity, blower or pilot flame. Simplicity of operation: turn on power, open gas cock, set temperature, and activate pilot ignition system. Available in six standard models.
